He has worked in Indian Police since past 35 years. He is recognized for his exemplary services and was awarded many medals like President Police Medal and Indian Police Medal by the President of India. He has also received Uttama, Sevapatkam and Mahauttama awards by the State Government of India. Service to the country and safety of Indian Citizens is and will always be close to his heart.

Mr. Rao completed his bachelors of Arts from Osmania University in Bachelors of Arts. He is a Retired Assistant Superintendent of Police.
